Taylor Swift adds two more Wembley dates to Eras tour, equalling Take That record

Taylor Swift has added two more Wembley dates to her Eras tour, equalling the record set by Take That in 2011 for the most consecutive nights played at the iconic London venue.

The pop superstar will now perform at Wembley Stadium on August 15 and 16, 2024, bringing her total number of shows there to six.

She announced the news on her social media accounts, saying that she was “blown away” by the demand and that she “can’t wait to see you all .

Taylor Swift’s Eras tour is a massive global spectacle that celebrates her entire musical career, from her debut album in 2006 to her latest release, Red (Taylor’s Version), in 2023.

The tour features songs from all nine of her studio albums, as well as special guests, surprises, and stunning visuals. The tour kicked off in Tokyo, Japan, on February 7, 2024, and will wrap up in London, England, on August 16, 2024, after visiting 23 countries and playing 78 shows.

Taylor Swift is one of the most successful and influential artists of all time, with over 300 million records sold worldwide and 11 Grammy Awards to her name.
