WWE Raw Moves to Netflix in 2025 in a Massive Deal

Date:

WWE Raw, the most popular pro-wrestling show on TV, will switch to Netflix from next year. The show has been airing on broadcast TV around the globe for 31 years.

But TKO, the company created by the merger of WWE and UFC, has announced that Raw will be streaming-only from next January.

Fans outside the US will also get to watch all weekly WWE shows and live events on the service. The company said this would include pay-per-view events like WrestleMania, SummerSlam and Royal Rumble.

The deal will affect fans in the USA, Canada, UK and Latin America first, and then roll out to other countries later.

WWE Raw is usually live, has shown 1,600 episodes since it started and is essential for fans who want to follow the latest wrestling stories.

Bosses say it attracts 17.5m viewers each week in the US, and that WWE has 1 billion followers on various social media platforms.

Nick Khan, WWE President, said: “We think Netflix, as one of the world’s top entertainment brands, is the perfect long-term home for Raw’s live, loyal, and growing fan base.”
