Federal Government approves Thursday as additional public holiday for Eid -El-Fitr

The Federal Government has announced an extension to the Eid-El-Fitr festivities with an additional public holiday set for Thursday, 11th April 2024. This decision, revealed by the esteemed Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Interior, Aishetu Gogo Ndayako, reflects the government’s recognition of the significance of this auspicious occasion.

The statement issued on Tuesday, April 9, heralds a day of joy and reflection, marking the culmination of a month dedicated to spiritual growth and renewal.
