Kylian Mbappé Sets Record with Fifth Consecutive UNFP Ligue 1 Player of the Season Award as Paris Saint-Germain Dominates Trophées UNFP

Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappé has set a new record by winning his fifth consecutive UNFP Ligue 1 Player of the Season award.

The award ceremony, held on Monday night at Paris’ Pavillon d’Armenonville, recognized France’s top football talents for the just concluded season.

His remarkable achievement is unmatched, and he has been dominating the league’s goalscoring charts with 27 goals to his name. As the driving force behind Les Parisiens’ latest league title, Mbappé’s performance has been exceptional.

This award marks his final Ligue 1 Player of the Season before his expected summer move to Real Madrid as a free agent.

At the award ceremony, other winners included:

Gianluigi Donnarumma from Paris Saint-Germain as Goalkeeper of the Year.

Éric Roy from Stade Brestois as Coach of the Year.

Kamory Doumbia from Stade Brestois for Goal of the Year.

Warren-Zaïre Emery from Paris Saint-Germain as Young Player of the Year.

The Team of the Year comprised Gianluigi Donnarumma (Goalkeeper), Achraf Hakimi, Marquinhos, and Leny Yoro (Defenders), Warren Zaïre-Emery and Vithina (Midfielders), and Ousmane Dembélé, Kylian Mbappe, and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (Attackers).”
