Dr. Michael Mosley, a renowned TV presenter, passed away due to natural causes, as confirmed by the police. The initial autopsy report on Dr. Mosley’s body corroborated this conclusion.
His remains were discovered in a rugged terrain on the Greek island of Symi on Sunday, four days subsequent to his disappearance during his vacation.
Konstantia Dimoglidou, a spokeswoman for the Greek police said that the preliminary autopsy did not reveal any injuries on Dr. Mosley’s body that could have led to his demise.
The estimated time of Dr. Mosley’s death was approximately 16:00 (14:00 BST) on Wednesday, coinciding with the day he was reported missing. The 67-year-old father of four embarked on a walk from Agios Nikolaos beach, close to his accommodation on the island’s northeast side, around 13:30 local time (11:30 BST) on Wednesday.
When Dr. Mosley failed to return, his wife, Dr. Clare Bailey Mosley, sounded the alert.
