Obi Cubana and VeryDarkMan Clash: Perspectives on Youth Disrespect and Wealth Display

Nigerian socialite and businessman, Obi Cubana, has broken his silence on the drama between Iyabo Ojo and VeryDarkMan (VDM). After VDM’s recent clash with Iyabo Ojo and other celebrities who attended Davido and Chioma’s traditional wedding, Obi Cubana weighed in on the matter.

He took to his Instagram stories to share his perspective, urging blogs to stop giving visibility to youths who disrespect their elders.

Cubana said: “Dear blogs; pls stop giving visibility to youth insulting elders! You enable them! We can’t continue to enable rubbish!!! Stop, pls!!”

In response, VDM fired back, criticizing Obi Cubana for calling him a small, disrespectful boy. He also pointed out that Obi Cubana’s wealth might not be as substantial as he portrays it, emphasizing that there are many more wealthy individuals who don’t flaunt their money like he does.

Verydarkman said: “The only reason why you people are angry is because this is the only person that can scatter a lot of evil things in you people’s face. The youths dey cry since them never hear your voice for one day for one important thing na to carry money dey spray up and down dey use am dey buy people consicence. The youths are looking for employment in Nigeria you dey carry alcohol come Nigeria come drop for them. We don’t worship money my brother man as una wan dey chuk mouth for wetin no concern una.”
