Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has named Sir Alex Ferguson as the best ever Premier League manager, snubbing other notable names such as Arsene Wenger, Jose Mourinho, and Carlo Ancelotti.
“In this country and all around the world, Sir Alex Ferguson is the best,” Guardiola stated. “Being close to one of the most important managers of all time is an incredible honour for me.”
Ferguson holds the record for the most titles in England’s topflight with 13 trophy’s. Guardiola follows with five, while Wenger and Mourinho each have three.
