Popular content creator Egungun of Lagos has come under fire after a lady accused him of inappropriate behavior.
The lady, who was pursuing a music career at the time, alleged that Egungun invited her to a hotel in Surulere, Lagos, under the pretense of introducing her to Nigerian singer Zlatan.

Adding to the drama, Egungun’s wife recently took to social media, claiming her husband was being blackmailed over the explicit tape, which has since gone viral, igniting a cheating scandal.
The accuser, identified as @theboujeegirlie on social media, revealed that the incident occurred in 2020 while they were both students at the University of Lagos. Recalling the events, she shared:
“Egungun of Lagos wey tell me make I come hotel for Surulere say he wan introduce me to Zlatan??? God will punish that boy sehh ”
She provided more context, explaining their connection:
“We were in Unilag together, and this happened in 2020 after Zlatan had just promoted him in his masquerade costume. He came to my hostel on my birthday, and we even had a viral video together. I was actively pursuing a music career then, and we had become acquaintances after the viral video. So he wanted to ‘introduce me to Zlatan’ at a hotel in Surulere lmaoo .”
When some commenters questioned the details of her story, suggesting that meeting at a hotel doesn’t necessarily imply inappropriate behavior, she clarified:
“Person wey give me room number???? Lmaooooo let’s just let bygones be bygones. 2020 is a long time ago .”
