The Kano State government has revoked the operating license of actress Samha M. Inuwa due to indecent dressing and posting vulgar content.
The government also announced a ban on any films featuring Samha.
This decision was communicated in a statement issued by the Censorship Board’s Information Officer, Abdullahi Sani Sulaiman, on Saturday. Sulaiman explained that despite repeated warnings about her “crude dressing and vulgar displays,” the actress continued to violate the Board’s regulations.
As a result, Samha has been barred from appearing in any films for the next 12 months.
According to the statement, this action was taken in response to multiple complaints from Kano citizens regarding her conduct.
