Veteran actress Oluwabukola Ajoke, popularly known as Bukky Wright, has shared insights into her time away from Nigeria and her career transition during her stay in the United States.
In an interview with Saturday Beats, Wright revealed her plans to practice both tech and entertainment simultaneously. “The fact that I had to completely shift from entertainment to tech was something many people thought I couldn’t do. I tell my mentees that if I can do it, they can too,” she said.
Reflecting on what she missed most about Nigeria, Wright mentioned, “I would love to eat proper Naija amala again. And I would love to act with Nollywood actors.” Regarding her much-anticipated return to Nollywood, the actress assured fans of exciting projects ahead. “I have a lot in store for fans, including my project ‘The Return of Omotara Johnson,’ and many other things. I’m back to stay,” she added.
Wright also shared the secret to her timeless beauty, saying, “I don’t joke with my beauty sleep.”
