Media personality Toke Makinwa has criticized 2face Idibia amidst the ongoing drama surrounding his marriage to Annie Idibia.
Toke took to her Instagram page to express her anger over the situation. Reacting directly under the video shared by 2face, where he admitted to making the controversial divorce post, she wrote, “This is wrong on all levels, and you should be ashamed of yourself for bringing this here. Bring it on. If you think she’s alone, let me tell you here that you’ll have to fight all of us.”
Not satisfied, Toke also addressed the matter on her Instagram story, criticizing those who have chosen to remain neutral.
“I’m not one for too much talk, but what is wrong is wrong, and as a woman, if you sit on the fence on this one, if it misses you, it’ll touch your daughter or any female in your family. No one is innocent, and if you want to bring the media into it, knowing what is happening, we would fight for her,” Toke posted.
This comes after 2face admitted that he personally made the controversial divorce announcement, despite initially claiming his account had been hacked.
Toke herself has been divorced since 2015, when her marriage to Maje Ayida ended after he impregnated his ex-girlfriend. The union was dissolved by a Lagos High Court on the grounds of adultery.
