Victoria Iye, popularly known as Vee, a reality TV star and actress, has recently expressed her current views on marriage, stating that it doesn’t resonate with her.
She emphasized that marriage is not a guarantee of anything, as it is merely a set of vows that can be broken.
In a recent interview with Clout Africa, Vee shared her thoughts, saying, “The concepts of love and marriage don’t always go hand in hand. I often tell my friends that being married doesn’t provide any guarantees. It’s simply a vow, and people break vows every day.
“I aspire to be in a situation where I feel secure. Personally, I don’t see marriage as the ultimate goal. Perhaps it’s because I’m young and haven’t yet experienced what true love really is. I’ve only been in relationships. I haven’t found someone who I truly believe is my soul mate. So, at this point, the idea of marriage doesn’t really make sense to me.”
