Multitalented fine artist Abiola Akintola was one of the big winners at the just concluded Effects Excellence Achievers Awards, which were held in Houston, Texas.
The Okeho, Oyo State-born artist who started his formal art studies at the age of nine by mastering techniques including life drawing, anatomy, portraiture, figure painting, and sculpture was awarded the Fine Artist of the Year 2023 at the event, which was held at the Enouch Center, Beechnut St., Houston, Texas, on October 28, 2023.
The well-packaged and well-attended event was organized by Effects Media & Events LLC and had in attendance movers and shakers of the industry, top IT executives, top politicians, and celebrities.
