Renowned Nigerian artist, David Adeleke, better known as Davido, has sharply criticized his peer, Wizkid, following a video shared by Wizkid that seemingly mocks Davido pleading for a woman’s attention.
On Monday night, Wizkid posted a tweet indirectly criticizing some artists, stating, “You know what… no point. Delusional folks. I pray for you all.”
Davido responded to the veiled insult, retorting, “We’re not delusional. You’re the one who’s unwell.” The Starboy leader then quoted his tweet with the contentious video, which did not sit well with Davido.
The OBO singer expressed his frustration, stating, “Just as I suspected. Nothing to say! Precisely why I ceased squandering my influence and risking my millions of dollars in endorsements on someone whose career was revived a few years ago only to perish once more. Moving on!”
