Real Madrid boss, Carlo Ancelotti has singled out two of his players for praise.

Ancelotti was impressed by the performances of Toni Kroos against his former club and Vinicius Jr’s movement.

“Toni Kroos… no words for him. He’s a top player. He’s crucial for us, the timing, the passes…” he told reporters after the game.

“His pass is not for everyone, absolutely. But also Vini’s movement was smart, excellent”

Bayern Munich manager, Thomas Tuchel, has blamed Kim Min-Jae for their 2-2 draw with Real Madrid.

Tuchel, speaking on Min-Jae after the game, said:

“He was too ‘greedy’ twice.

“He made the first move too early against Vinicius in the first goal and got caught by Toni Kroos’ pass. He speculated and was too aggressive”

“In the second goal, unfortunately, it was another mistake.”

However, Kane’s goal against Madrid meant the England captain broke the record for the most goal contributions (11) by an English player in a single Champions League campaign after eight goals and three assists in the competition this season.

The former Tottenham Hotspur star has now surpassed the likes of Steven Gerrard (10) and David Beckham (10).
