The radio host described the act as the “most foolish” decision she had ever made.
Despite this, she expressed gratitude for her natural genetic makeup and financial resources, which helped mitigate the adverse effects of the skin lightening process.
Makinwa revealed this during a recent Q&A session with her fans on the X platform.
When a fan inquired, “If you had the chance to change your past, what would you alter?”
Makinwa responded, “Nothing. Dwelling on regret is too draining! Although, I might reconsider the skin bleaching. It was the most foolish thing I’ve ever done, and I’m just so grateful for my good genes and financial means because…”
