Prominent Nollywood actress, Anita Joseph, has publicly criticized media figure, Sandra Ezekwesili, for her recent advice to women about their freedom to go out.
Sandra had previously made a statement asserting that no man should have the authority to restrict his wife’s movements, and that such control should not be tolerated or expected.
In a counter-argument, Anita Joseph expressed that her husband retains the right to determine whether she goes out or not. She further implored Sandra to refrain from disseminating what she referred to as misguided teachings on the internet.
In her own words, Anita stated: “Indeed, my husband has every right. If he says no, I won’t go out. Please stop spreading such misguided teachings.”
